The hotel had some drawbacks in terms of room features not meeting expectations based on the booking description, especially regarding the lack of storage for clothes. Yet, it wasn't the safest spot at night, and taking an Uber or taxi back after 7 pm is strongly advised. The dining experience was the best I've had at any hotel in Mexico, with a lovely selection of local organic products. Overall, the facilities were top-notch, but I did notice a few areas that could be improved. One of the best parts was its proximity to the Metro station Revolucion and the city center.
